REACH Nigeria Foundation Announces 2024 Impact Report: Over 12,000 Lives Transformed Across 8 Communities
REACH Nigeria Foundation highlights its achievements in addressing food insecurity, malnutrition, and community development, while unveiling its vision for 2025.
Port Harcourt, Nigeria — The REACH Nigeria Foundation has released its 2024 Impact Report, showcasing a year of significant achievements in transforming the lives of vulnerable populations across the country. Despite facing logistical, resource, and economic challenges, the foundation successfully supported over 12,000 beneficiaries, distributed food packs, and impacted 8 underserved communities through targeted programs and initiatives.
Key Highlights from 2024:
- Feed the Street Program: Distributed 3,150 meals to individuals experiencing hunger and homelessness across Lagos and Port Harcourt.
- Nurture & Nourish Program: Educated over 200 mothers on affordable, nutritious meal preparation, benefiting over 300 children and combating malnutrition in rural communities.
- Cheshire Home Renovation: Improved living conditions for disabled residents in collaboration with Burna Boy, upgrading facilities to promote dignity and independence.
- Christmas Joy Campaign: Delivered holiday cheer to 600 families, ensuring they had food, gifts, and essential supplies to celebrate Christmas with dignity.
- Volunteer Engagement: Mobilized over 200 volunteers, contributing 3,000 hours to program implementation and community outreach.

Challenges and Lessons Learned in 2024
The report also outlines the challenges faced in 2024, including limited resources, volunteer turnover, and logistical constraints. Through innovative strategies such as lean operations, database updates, and partnerships with key stakeholders, the foundation managed to overcome these hurdles and maximize its impact.

Prospects for 2025
Looking ahead, REACH Nigeria Foundation aims to:
- Host a milestone fundraising event marking its 5th anniversary, celebrating five years of impact and raising critical funds for future initiatives.
- Expand its donor and partner networks to double its reach.
- Enhance storytelling and nonprofit marketing strategies to better communicate its mission and engage supporters.
- Launch a volunteer recruitment drive to strengthen its workforce and improve program delivery.
